BI consultant: reports that update themselves

Does someone spend hours every week pasting Excel files into a report? It can almost always be automated. I build the data flow from your systems into a dashboard in Power BI, Looker Studio or the tool you already use.

What I build

  • Data pipelinesData collected automatically from business systems, Fortnox, CRM and web shop.
  • Data warehouseOne place where all data is stored with history, once Excel is no longer enough.
  • DashboardsNumbers management actually uses, updated daily with no manual work.
  • Data qualityChecks that catch errors in data before they reach a decision or an invoice.

From large data platforms to small companies

I have built data platforms with streaming data (Kafka, Snowflake), regulated pipelines in AWS and views that join several sources across tens of thousands of records.

A smaller company rarely needs the same tools, but it needs the same thinking: data that arrives automatically, is checked, and can be trusted.

Common questions

Which BI tool should we use?

Usually the one you already have. With Microsoft 365, Power BI is a natural choice. With Google Workspace, Looker Studio goes a long way, and it is free.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Not always. With a couple of sources, data can go straight into the report. With many sources, or if you want history, a data warehouse pays off.

Can you help with existing Power BI reports?

Yes. Often the fix is connecting them to a stable data source so they stop breaking.
