Fortnox integration that fits how you work
No ready-made app does what you need? I build an integration through the Fortnox API, shaped around how your business actually works.
Common flows to automate
- Order to invoiceOrders from your web shop or ERP become invoices in Fortnox without retyping.
- Automated bookkeepingSupplier invoices and receipts are read and booked to the right account. You review instead of type.
- ReconciliationPayments from the bank and providers such as Stripe are matched against invoices and books.
- CRM and Fortnox in syncCustomers, contracts and invoice status stay the same in both systems.
- ReportsFigures from Fortnox go straight to a dashboard instead of into Excel.
Ready-made app or custom integration?
Often an app from the Fortnox marketplace is enough. If so, I will tell you, and you save money.
A custom integration pays off when no standard app covers your flow, when you pay for several apps that each do half the job, or when someone still moves data by hand every week.
What does a Fortnox integration cost?
An integration between Fortnox and one other system is usually a scoped project of a few days to a couple of weeks. You get a fixed price after the call, before any work starts.
Running costs are low. An integration hosted in the cloud usually costs a few hundred kronor a month or less. On top of that comes Fortnox's integration licence, 189 kr a month regardless of how many integrations you connect (according to Fortnox, October 2026).
Integration experience
I have built integrations with payment providers, business systems and internal APIs in the payments industry, with pricing rules for several markets and security review requirements. The same care applies when it is your bookkeeping that has to be right.
Common questions
Can you connect Fortnox to Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes. There are also ready-made apps for that, and they are often enough. I help you decide whether an app will do or whether you need something custom.
Do we need to change systems?
No. The integration is built around the systems you already have.
What happens if something stops working?
The integration logs errors and alerts when something fails, so nothing disappears silently. You get documentation and can choose a simple support agreement.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code is delivered to you and runs in your own environment or a cloud account you own.
What takes the most time in your business today?
Book 30 minutes. You talk directly to Arun Uppugunduri, who also does the work, and get an honest answer on what can be automated, what it would cost and what it would save.
