AI workshops for companies
Half a day where your team learns to use the AI tools you already pay for, on your own tasks. No talk about the future, just things you can do on Monday.
Three formats
- AI at work for the whole teamChatGPT, Copilot or Claude on real tasks: email, documents, analysis, meeting notes. Including what is fine to paste in under GDPR.
- AI for the management teamWhere AI can save money in your business, what it costs, the risks, and an AI policy you can start using right away.
- Claude Code and Cursor for developer teamsAI-assisted development in your own codebase: workflows, code review, testing and security. I use these tools every day in production work.
What you take away
- Three to five concrete use cases, ranked by how much time they save.
- Ready prompts and workflows for your most common tasks.
- A short AI policy: what is allowed, which tools and which data.
- A view on what is worth automating fully, if anything.
Why start with a workshop?
Many companies already pay for ChatGPT or Copilot but use a fraction of it. A workshop is often the cheapest way to win back time, and it shows clearly where real automation would pay off.
Common questions
Which tool should we choose: ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude?
It depends on the systems you already use and what you want to do. If you run Microsoft 365, Copilot is often easiest to roll out. For writing, analysis and code, ChatGPT and Claude are often stronger. We go through it on the call before the workshop.
Do participants need prior knowledge?
No. The workshop starts from where your team is today. For the developer workshop, participants need to know their own codebase, nothing more.
Is it safe to use AI with company data?
Yes, with the right agreements and settings. Business versions of these tools do not train on your data. We cover what applies to you and what should never go into an AI tool.
How long is a workshop and where is it held?
Half a day or a full day, on site in the Stockholm area or remote. You get a fixed price after the call.
What takes the most time in your business today?
Book 30 minutes. You talk directly to Arun Uppugunduri, who also does the work, and get an honest answer on what can be automated, what it would cost and what it would save.
